I purchased this as a fun activity for my new and emerging readers to use during free time. My new reader is able to put the pieces together and sound out the words, using the pictures to confirm herself when she’s correct. My emerging reader is able to put the picture pieces together and start noticing that groups of letter sounds become words with meaning. They both find this activity fun, engaging, and just the perfect amount of challenging.
I bought the Pencil Puzzles to use in my in home preschool. The little learners love that it is double sided and have learner to look for the green or yellow side to make sure that they can complete the number they are looking for. It has been a huge hit. They think it is just fun while I love that they are working on multiple number concepts at the same time.

These cards are GREAT. The best purchase. I purchased them for my kindergartener and 3rd graders. But I’m learning facts also. The month of February we been doing black history facts over breakfast and the kids are like mom don’t forget our facts this morning!
My 5 year old loves this puzzle. I love how not only is it an amazing well done puzzle it is also engaging for both my kids and love how it is two sized.
