What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

We do not accept cash on delivery.

Ordering and delivery

Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation will automatically be sent to the email address you provide at checkout when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please email orders@abseeme.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting as the order confirmation may have been diverted there.

Can I change my order?

We will try our best to make changes to your order if contacted the same day that you place the order, although we cannot guarantee that the order can be changed. This is partly due to the fact that we do our best to process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. Depending on our volume and stock available, it is possible that we may not be able to make any changes to your order.

If you realize you've made an error to your order and it has already been processed and shipped, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund. Your order will still be shipped to the address you provided at checkout. If your address is incorrect, please email orders@abseeme.com immediately.

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 21 days. Shipping times may vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Times are estimated, not guaranteed. We do not offer express/overnight shipping at this time. 

You can track your delivery using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Be sure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct and complete, as this may delay the shipment of your order. ABSee Me will not be liable for any errors in shipment addresses provided by the customer.

Please note: We are not responsible for deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes or delays, transfers from USPS to international mail carriers, or delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If you are outside of those two countries and are interested in making a purchase, please contact us at info@abseeme.com and we'll see what we can do!

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number for you to monitor your shipment. If you have not received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam inbox first, then contact us at orders@abseeme.com.

Shipping confirmation emails are sent to the email address you provide at checkout, so be sure the email address you enter is correct.

Returns/Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemicWE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR PROVIDE REFUNDS/CREDITS. Be sure to read the full descriptions for the product you are purchasing. We do not offer any warranties or repairs. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. We apologize for any inconvenience.

For issues due to incorrect fulfillment or damaged/incomplete items, please email orders@abseeme.com (within 48 hours of receiving your order) with the subject 'Incorrect or Damaged Order' and include your order number, name and details. ABSee Me will not be responsible for items after this time, and a replacement will not be issued. If the exchange is authorized, we will provide you instructions where to send the returned goods. To be eligible for an exchange (due to incorrect or damaged items), goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged/defective/wrong items may be exchanged at the discretion of management. We reserve the right to not accept certain items.
